I've just started Iodine therapy. I pumped milk the other day and I just noticed that my milk is yellow. It looks like colostrum is mixed in with my regular breastmilk. Is this alright?
I know that it is alright to take Iodine when nursing, and nursing women need more than the average person, but can I overdose my baby?
I am still trying to go back and read posts as to how much Iodine I should be taking. Does anyone have any suggestion on Lugol's drops per day when nursing.
