That gives support to what I've heard about the cross really is a T for Tammuz.

That would make the Christ's death a huge insult.

Philippians 2:8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

That T would be like a pagan altar of the devil.
