I finished my Ambien prescription and I dont want to touch it again, so I wont get another one.
I'll definitely look for those herbs and CDs!

I have another question: if I do accupuncture, do I need to go back regularly for more treatments or does one treatment usually do the trick? I'm not rich you see... lol. I guess its different for everybody?

But if I have to, I'll definitely try it a few times and see how it works for me.
