Read John Upledger's "The Inner Physician and You." He founded craniosacral therapy. He talks briefly about RSD and how he helped patients partially cure it with CT. He also said that he had only briefly worked with patients with this problem and expected that with more research and experience he would have even more success treating them, if I remember what he wrote correctly.
