52, very early on last year, I got where the last few days before a flush, I'd get nauseous just thinking about the es water part that I was going to torture myself with in the next few days, but I was too sick not to flush, so I kept on.  One day, all the apple juice so many experts came to mind .. gotta be good for the liver, right?  So I started putting my es in room temperature organic apple juice.  WHAT A RELIEF!!!!!!  It WORKED the same, it made the es tolerable and I did 10 more flushes with the es in apple juice.  You come to my house for dinner, I promise I'm not serving it with your dinner, but for flushing, it waa a blessing for me.
