for those of you who don't see anything...to what extent do you "look"? I ask only because if you don't use a colander or at least pick apart the BM you probably would not see anything that looks suspicious.

some people do but most of the time it just looks like digested food.

you need to be able to get past the grossness of looking for stuff. It wasn't until I really really dissected my BM and even rinsed the suspicious stuff did I see it was a parasite and or liver fluke.
