Thanks Freya for the info and links..now I have magnesium taurine..guess they could add it any of the amino acids. I might give the chelated one a try soon. I'm thinking I might make my own seawater mag oil:) Oh and I came across a magnesium malic at the store tonight. I stayed with the mag oxide though..for now since it's what I could afford.
