Wow, congrats. Its nice to see someone have real success. It seems you stuck to your guns and saw it though. That's pretty cool. What sort of maintenance do you do now? I'm curious about once you've reached saturation. Do you stop supplementing?

Side note: While I was taking Iodine I smelled worse. I suppose that was a form of detox?
