I do have soft water, so it takes very little to lather up. I understand it requires a lot to lather up in hard water. So, that might make a difference.

Also, I just started doing this. Only very recently, like in the last week and a half. Every other shower, I use a very tiny amount of conditioner, a protein and balsam type, just to make it easy to comb through.

I'll letcha know if this is a mistake using this type of soap!
