Lately, because I can't seem to fit it in during the day when it wouldn't mix with food in my stomach. I haven't come up with a way to take it to work, and in the morning, I have other stuff to deal with (oil swishing, preparing lunch, etc.) and too much other stuff going on, I guess. Lousy excuses, I know.
