Hi Melart,

Do you take it every day? I was wondering if you have ever had a short break in that time, and if so, noticed any difference?

I agree, so far so good, feeling a lot more up-beat, less stressed, and also sleeping better. Brilliant!

Although, its early days yet, I hope the effects don't wear off with long term use.
