Thank you. The Blessed Herbs cleanse that I'm doing has cascara sagrada in it, I believe. I take two to three pills before dinner (called a digestive stimulator-it has a bunch of other herbs in it) that help me "go" during the next day, to make sure that I am not constipated. If I get that way, though I may do an ACV enema. Would that help, do you know?
