Here is the exact treatment that all but knocked the infection from my scalp area.. As long as I don't grow my hair back I no longer even need to apply the treatment this was what zapped the initial inflamation.

**Treatment is not over the counter you will need a prescription**

Foam topicals:

Evoclin - Clindamycin Phosphate 1% .. Apply to infected area twice daily. (some of you might have taken this via pill topical form works)

Olux - Clobetasol Propionate 0.05% .. Apply to infected area once daily.(Anti-Inflamitory)

Cream topical:

NeoBenz Micro 3.5% (Benzoyl Peroxide Cream) Apply twice daily. (Cleansing agent)
