I just wanted let everyone know that thanks to the recommendations on this board
from moreless, I am well on my way to recovery after having a problem with
candida for more than 14 years (most of the time without knowing that it was
candida). I have also been actively seeking a cure for about a year and a half,
trying diets and herbal remedies none of which provided lasting relief.

After reading moreless' posts about the Body's Ph Balance, I really experienced
a breakthrough.

Over a period of the last 5 days with bits and pieces that I gathered from his
posts, I put together a regimine that included:

ACV Enemas (twice)
Changing my diet to mostly vegetables with some fruit (broccoli, salad greens,
carrots, bok choy, avocado, parsley, yams, cauliflower, sprouts)
Making and drinking the akaline broth from boiling collard greens, and other
leafy greens
Drinking the lemon and blackstrap molasses drink
Taking a pinch of Epsom salts with everything
Eating garlic for an ear infection
K pro Pro Biotics with a glass of raw skim milk

also I added topical and internal UT which I have never seen moreless recommend.


I kind of went off half-cocked without reading all of his posts so I experienced
some healing reactions that I think could have been avoided. I could not find
pickling lime in any of my local grocery stores but I ordered it online so I'm
looking forward to that.

Before I started this therapy I was suffering from facial skin rashes, open
sores on my scalp, constant swimmer's ear, nail fungus, and acne. As of day six
my symptoms are gone or fading quite a bit.

I encourage anyone suffering with candida to read all of moreless' posts. Also
this post is a good one that he did which summarizes his recommendations.

Anyways, just wanted to post a success story and offer my sincere gratitude to
moreless and everyone else posting things that are helping people get well. You
are a blessing and quite remarkable servants!

PS I also switch my shampoos to an all natural organic, vegan shampoos from
Anthony Morrocco. This helped as well.
