Hi Alexandria!
I too tried raw food diet for a short time ,it left me week and often dizzy! But I have certain maladies to deal with and proper assimulation of food is likely the culprit! I find those already in good health seem to do well on the raw diet ,those with a good strong digestive system can assimulate raw! Did you now this person before you met her? Like so many diet books the cover girl is a young peaches and cream complexioned beauty with of course pure white clear eyes!
Not to familiar with The Young diet though ,I follow the concepts of Reams Biological Theory of Ionization, the core of the Science of pH balancing so I can't realy comment on this pH Miracle book!
