Let me be clear. I did not suggest that MCS is "all psychological". Nor did I suggest that it has been cured by "psychological therapies". Neurofeedback is not a psychological therapy. Diaphragmatic breathing is not a psychological therapy.I also stated that imbalances in the body such as nutritional imbalances , hormonal imbalances, etc. needed to be addressed.

When someone gets an antiseizure drug , their brainwave patterns are changed. When someone gets neurofeedback, their brainwave patterns are changed. These are physiological changes in the brain which are identified via objective testing. One tool is medication, another is neurofeedback. Both have the same resulting effect. Changed brainwaves.

Another way to change brainwaves (although it takes longer) is to change thought patterns. Negative thoughts create higher beta waves. Positive thoughts create calmer, lower beta waves. While being hooked up to both neurofeedback and biofeedback devices I could see the effect of upsetting thoughts (higher beta waves)along with other responses in my body (galvanic skin response changes, respiration changes, body temperature changes) compared to positive thoughts which produced lower beta waves and resultingly more balanced responses in my body as measured via galvanic skin response, respiration, body temperature, etc. All of this is objective data.

And yes, sometimes it is a good thing to be angry and to express it. It is when this manner of expression is the predominant one, that blow ups and confrontations are commonplace , that your brainwave patterns become stuck in the higher beta wave levels and thus negatively impacts your autonomic nervous system which in turn sets the stage for illness.

Whatever you believe however will determine how you will perceive information. It is your filter system. If you believe that MCS is "X", and I say it is "Y", then regardless of what I say you will see this as incorrect. This is not meant as an invalidation of you or of what you have gone through with this illness.

Bruce Lipton, who used to teach medical students, has an excellent book out about beliefs called Biology of Beliefs. Perhaps you might be willing to read it to get another point of view about health and healing in general.
