Hey everybody, I have posted recently and it has been very helpful. I know what is true, I think I just need some encouragement. I know that I have parasites. I passed at least one so far, and I am on day three of the blessed herbs cleanse and it is very hard. I feel like crap and I think that people around me think I'm crazy. How do you explain that it is important to have "die-off" symptoms and feel like crap in order to feel better? Anyway, I know that part, but I think I just need some encouragement to keep going. I feel like someone is reaching in and squeezing my intestines, have terrible gas, cravings foods like crazy (have been doing a partial fast), feeling lethargic, a little depressed, and tired as all get out. Anyway, any encouragement would be helpful. Thank you
