Someone once said Vit. E oil is most often taken from wheat germ. If a person is gluten intolerant, would wheat germ oil (the vit. E oil derived from it) a no-no? (yes, that person is me). Avocado oil must last a long time then, isn't it loaded with natural vit. E?
