Hey, Newport. I am glad you are pursuing info. on trematodes right now. The timing is good, because I am finding some interesting things in my experiments which show the presents of parasites, I think are fluke or fluke related.

This is what I have done; I have removed small amount of fecal matter and placed in water, in test-tube. The tube was centrifuged, then placed in incubator at 37 degrees C.

Early observations show small cell-like structures appearing, and stuff spilling out.
It looks like they might be some sort of egg structure.
There is also small jelly-like creatures starting to mature. I am thinking, that this may be fluke beginning to grow. So far, these are microscopic, and look very immature at this point. There are also B. Hominis present [the original point of this exercise] But they do not look like they can survive.
I am very curious to find out what becomes of the jelly things.
I am building a small system which will be better adapted to supporting microbial life in vitro. It works similar to a fish aquarium. I hope to have better results with B. Hominis.

Have you generated any frequencies for B. Hominis, or any other protozoa? I cannot remember.

The more info you can provide on these little bastards {flukes} the better. I am still very surprised at the sheer tenacity these things display. If these creatures are truly "plugged in" chemically to areas of the brain like the hypothalamus, this might explain something I am following on fungal associated conditions.
