Hi All,

I am CONFUSED: Should I take Lugol's Solution with OJ? Esther C? Water only?
Is Lugol's an antioxidant or an oxidizer?
Should I take it with another antioxidant or away from antioxidants?
Should I take it with food or on an empty stomach? What is the rationale?

If possible: Vulcanel could you help me?
