You are right in saying Sugar makes Acne worse. I don't dare eat candy or syrup with pancakes, etc. I know if I did, my Acne would get much worse. The only problem is, that even if I don't eat anything with sugar, I still have acne. Cutting out Sugar may improve your acne, but it won't cure it at all.
