Thanks for the info about Dr. Galland. Are you by any chance using the Banyan Botanicals cleanse? I think I remember you posting about it once, and I had bookmarked the page. It looks interesting, especially since the products are certified organic, sustainably sourced and fair trade-certified. Let me know if you are happy with it.

And I think you may have a point about duration. Most cleanses seem to be 30 days, but it doesn't seem to be enough, at least for me.

BTW, the integrative doc I mentioned knows a fair amount of Ayurvedic medicine, which I thought was interesting.
