I too was very frightened to use the BSM but just a few weeks ago I started with
the protocol using half the amounts and went up quickly to the full amount on
the BSM and ACV and now I'm up to the full amounts on all but the kelp and I
have had no problems with candida since the 3rd day. I noticed a sense of
healing on the first day.

the baths are great - use H2O2 with any of the three - it makes a big
difference!
