perchlorate. that is what you grew up on out there. it is death on thyroid. mercury is bad. fluoride and deet(the mosquito repellent) will destroy the blood brain barrier.

just keep one thing in mind - the less you take in your body, the better. make sure what you do take in it is clean. you can play with supplements till the cows come home, but nothing beats not repoisoning yourself. now you get to clean out. cilantro will help with the mercury. Iodine will help with all of it.
