all of that is fine and in line with what the docs use. the only thing is that multi B's usuall use the no-flush niacin. you might embellish that with some regular niacin and play with that flushing thing that happens with it. i like the niacin flush. it opens up the skin. i worked my way up to 600mg of that in a few doses and it was quite cleansing.
