Dear Moreless:
I have been following your drink, epsom salt every meal, foot bath and no meat
for the dinner time for about 3 months and feel wonderful, having more energy.
Thank you very much for the wonderful gift, Moreless. I went to check my blood
cholesterol a few days ago and the total cholesterol went down from 240 mg/dL to
200, However, the HDL-cholestero comes down as well from 36 to 27. The risk
factor of CVD ( Chol/HDL-c) is increased from 6.7 to 7.4. Can you tell me how to
increase the HDL-c level in order to reduce the risk?
