So true about cancer lurking and doing the cleanses, and working on some good protocol to keep our bodies as healthy are we able to.

I haven't watched tv since my move in Sept. and I don't think I want to get it in any foreseeable future. I've been busy with 'doing' stuff and I like the doing part very much.

An occasional movie is good enough with me, for a week-end night.
