I followed the suggestions you gave, and it appears that the ES/ACV/BSM mixture
works very well for me. I notice that my food digests better, little to no gas,
and energy levels have stabilized also. Who would have thought that these few
products would make such a difference? Certainly way cheaper than all the stuff
I used to buy, which did not give me these results!
Still doing detox baths, and now I will add h202 to each one. I didn't have skin
problems but, my skin is softer, smoother, and still hive free. Is this all it
took?!
