Your question: Hi, thank you for these recent posts. I live in southern Florida, our water from the tap here simply does not get cold, not even in winter. I'm wondering if I should only use foot baths by adding some ice? I'd really like to work my way up to the shower... Thanks! Flower

Answer: The foot soaks are a start, but the Full Bath Soaks may help Greatly, even if you do not have real Cold water for rinsing off, just use what you have on hand !
