Sutton - 'Constipation gone, peristalsis back'
Hi Moreless,
Just wanted to give an update. I am doing really well. I have
been on the protocol now for 2 months. I still do have a long
way to go. And in these last 2 months I have had ups and
downs. But, I have had one MAJOR Significant change. For my
entire life I have been constipated. I have lived on laxatives
and enemas. I could not travel far from home or had to take an
enema bag with me. I am now NOT constipated and going normally
sometimes 2 times a day. This is a MIRACLE. I realy never
thought I would get my peristalsis back. I feel now, I am on
my way to a new life. I have struggled with this for years.
And now, it is no longer a problem and keeps getting better
everyday!
I have to watch that I do not over do. I get enthusiastic and
want to change everything in an instant. This is where I get
in trouble.
Thanks Moreless and everyone else on here. The information and
support is life altering.
