mountaingoatuk - Well, it works! (Candida)
I tried to eat more alkalising foods and slept like a baby and
also noticed candida in mouth in the am gone, also vaginal
candida gone.
Then last night was cooking the other half some cheese filled
pasta with a tomato sauce and it smelled so nice that I had
some too. So I had an unrefreshing sleep and vaginal candida
this am.
So will be definately going back to alkalising.
