I was advised to take Iodine by a post on "Ask Humaworm" because I want to go off my thyroid Rx. So I bought some today. The directions say 150 mg - 1 drop per day.

Or should I take 2 drops per week, say Tues. and Thurs.

I'm wondering if this is okay along with the thyroid Rx.

I wonder if I should ask my dr. However I am losing confidence in the medical profession.
