Equilibrium - More Positive and Vibrant
For me the alkalising drink makes a big difference to mood and
energy levels. I follow most of moreless' protocol. Over the
past 5 months I have become so much more positive and vibrant.
It was hard going at first but now the whole effect has
snowballed and I find that my general pessimism has all but up
and gone away. My husband has also had similar benefits from
our new lifestyle. We have found a real lust for life.

I have started affirmations recently and find that very
helpful also. Invincible had recommended Louise L. Hay to one
of the other posters and I got her small book called Heal Your
Body. It is a simple way to start out changing your attitude
and views regarding yourself and healing. I highly recommend
it. [Hubby ordered it from Amazon]

It sounds as though you are really ready to give this a good
go (speaking to someone on the Ask Moreless forum) I hope you
do as I am convinced that this [alkalising] will work for
everyone. It is hard work at first but the rewards come and
quite quickly I think. If you take things one step at a time
you will get there. Also everyone here is great at support and
encouragement.
