Equilibrium - Giving worms their marching orders
I am still having some problems which I have been concerned
with over the past few days but overall I am getting better.
To reaffirm this to me my body has just now ejected what I can
only assume to be a large worm in my last bm (bowel movement).
It was dead. This is somehow simultaneously terrifying and
exhilirating. I have passed a lot of candida/white stringy
things over the past month also. I think this would explain
the constant bloating I am having, all these things dying
inside of me.

Obviously my house is getting cleaner and the nasties are not
liking the new neighbourhood. I am not taking any parasite
cleanse or herbs, just following the moreless protocol. I
believe it is working.
