I'm new to this forum.
First of all thanks to all you people here who post wonderful therapies. I too believe in everything natural

I'm a 24 year old female.
I suffered through severe Depression and anxiety for about an year. But now i have dark circles and bags around my eyes. They look so bad and I'm so self conscious and feel so low all the time. Even i have started noticing fine lines around my mouth and forehead. This is driving me crazy. I always had a beautiful skin and fair and flawless complexion but now have brown spots and bags.
I want to get rid of these bags. Please help. I have read a lot about face exercises.
Are they safe or do they cause more wrinkles? What else can I do? Some diet changes ?
yoga or what?
Please Please help.
