I am also new to this idea and have found the book based on a friend's recommendation. I am type A positive but am confused. It talks of my sensitive immune system, troubles with digestion, etc. I've never even had a common cold. I can be with any sick people and never get sick. (Okay, do admit to high cholesterol). And I can eat all the spice, meat, etc. and never have any problems with digestion. All this combined with the fact that Type A's are incredibly restricted (come on, I love cheese, anchovies, cashews, pistachios, potatoes, tomatoes, melons, oranges, pepper (I put pepper on my pepper). So is this really worth while? Does it really make sense?
