After being very ill for a week I am planning to start back on Miracle-Mineral-Supplement tonight at bedtime. I have some Primal Defense that I need to finish before I buy anything new. What would the best timing be to take the Primal Defense in relation to the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ? Also, can we take our Vitamin C, selenium and magnesium in the morning if we only take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement at night, or should we forgo antioxidants altogether when using the MMS? I am very weak and would like to use a few simple supplements, but do not want to undo the effectiveness of the MMS.
