hi heater, how's it going? i got that saliva test arrive from USA - and it says to only test the saliva on day 19,20 or 21 of your cycle, if you have regular periods - i was wondering if the test you are having at the pharmacy is the same? did they give you a specific day when it would be best to be tested? If not, maybe it might be worth checking with them. I will wait till next month to do my test i think. The progesterone cream arrived at last - it had got lost in the post lol, typical:) i havent tried it yet as my numbness went away again, and i want to see if it comes back this month or not before i start treating myself with the cream. My hair is still falling a bit, but i would expect that to take months to sort out anyway, so am not too worried about that. I am continuing with Liver Cleansing herbs (good for my cholesterol anyway:) and continuing to keep up walking every day to get excericise and to lose some more weight, not only for my general health, but as they keep saying on the estrogen sites - fat people have higher estrogen levels, so that is the best incentive i have to get all these extra pounds off!!! A friend of mine who has had terrible hormone problems for years just got a blood clot in her lungs a few weeks ago, which stopped her breathing. We are very lucky she got to hospital in time and has survived. Blood clots can also be brought on by estrogen dominance and she has lots more symptoms besides....pretty scary stuff.
I do hope that are feeling alot better - which symptoms are your worst right now? Sooner or later, we WILL ALL come through this nightmare that is Mirena! But even when you are completely better, i hope you will still come back here because the support you give to people is so important for the forum - your unconditional love to people shines through your posts and makes such a difference:) big hugs:) Kabel xxx
