Sometimes it takes a while for changes to become manifest. By going slowly, your body is getting a chance to becoming accustomed to Iodine without violent detox symptoms, and that will also make any positive changes much more subtle. I believe your doctor is correct when she says things are happening on a cellular level. Just keep increasing your dose at a rate you feel comfortable with and hopefully you will see many positive changes. I know it sounds trite, but its true, our bodies did not develop their problems overnight and they will not turn around overnight. However, if you give your body those things it needs and remove the things that are toxic or harmful, you will improve. Be patient and don't give up.
