all food is toxic. if you start from that premise, then you cant go wrong.

the less food you eat the better.

the longer the periods of no food in your stomach, the better.

eat as fresh, local, raw, organic and in its natural state as possible.

eat one food at a time. if you want potatoes, just eat potatoes. if you want steak, just eat steak.

if you eat more than one food at a time, do not mix carbs with concentrated proteins. some foods are automatically improperly mixed, such as dairy and legumes.

avoid grains as much as possible(mucus makers).

fruit from trees picked and eaten immediately are the only human food. everything else is worse for you by varying degrees.

herbs help correct the results of bad eating, but do nothing for when you eat bad. if you eat bad in a day, the whole day is a bad diet day. eating more, even if herbs or correct foods, only makes the body work harder under the stress of bad eating. not even supplements can help.

the less you eat, the longer you live. period.

make a fist. your chewed and swallowed food should fill that in a day and no more.

if you crave something, eat that exclusively till the craving goes away, even if for extended periods of time. your body will let you know when youve had enough.

that is what i have learned about diet. i have tried everything. most of it is bunk to sell books. any time one determines to change their diet, no matter what the change is, it is likely to have an effect on the health of the person and chances are it will be a benefit. thats what keeps those testimonies coming in.

follow the directions above and eat what you want. you cant go wrong.
