Hi All !

How are you all doing? If any of you remember..i did a Water Fast sometime back..for abt 14 days and i had lost 22 lbs. I have been doing quite well since the fast. I think it should be almost close to 45 days no since i completed the fast. Now I weigh 146 lbs ! Thats a weight gain of 4 lbs since the fast ! :D

But it sure has not been easy. Right after the fast..almost everyday was a battle against my temptation to eat ! But I have handled myself okay..and now this weight has stabilised to a good extent..i think.. I am planning on starting another Water Fast in Jan 2008..may be for 3 weeks...
