I had extremely bad fecal Body Odor in the past, but I started to use cleanse smart advanced 2 weeks ago and started to notice that the odor started to go away. You might have a toxin build up in your body. You can try cleanse smart advanced to get rid of those toxic toxins. If you do end up buying it, from online or a health foods store, then follow the direction thouroughly.
