for some reason we have a chronic misunderstanding with posts going on. i recall your story.

i didnt say anywhere the colon isnt important. its not, like some therapists claim it to be though, the silver bullet to everything. like i said, if someone is constipated or in whatever way having bowel problems then they WILL benefit. but if you ARE regular then that would not be the case very much
