That was indeed a sobering article.  I, too, try to keep myself spiritually in tune in order to create a more joyous and paceful life.  If we could just break through this illusion knowing how to indeed change our reality.  Yet, we were put here in human form to play by the rules and learn lessons.  That woul be a very hard one to learn.

Your solution is the best.  Pray, meditate, live in love, peace, and harmony.  But be prepared.
