On April 15 this year I started on Lugol's iodine. Check out my posts by clicking on my name. In three months I was off all medications, diabetic, hypertension and depression. I was on metformin 850mg 3x day and glyburide 2x day. To keep off meds, I have had to follow a really strict diet of protein and very low carb vegetables. I mean strict, no grains, no starches, no fast food, no slip ups. Otherwise it takes me several days to get the Sugar level back down. I have now been three months without medication. God is good.
