I hope you know that what you ingested is what you crapped out, right?

You said in your post that you started taking some more Colonix fiber, and then you passed a 1.5 ft. rope..... Well, I hate to burst your bubble, but the psyllium is what caused those long ropes.... that was NOT something that was stuck in there.

To address your original post, you may need to look at your diet.
