I agree with this. An occassional GS apple is a lot better for you than, say, a bar of chocolate, or a few biscuits. I also take apple cider vinegar. I know its considered an avoid on this diet, but I think it does ME enough good to be included in my diet, and by eating less avoids overall (and more beneficials), my diet is a healthy one.

I was quite unusual (apparently) for O blood type, as I was very anaemic. I think this was partly down to low stomach acid, which the ACV is helping to correct. I also take Blackstrap Molasses, which is a neutral. I take these together in a 50/50 mix in warm water 2-3 times a day. I feel much better for it. I think that some avoids are not as bad as others in different people. Also, this diet is not about avoiding ALL negative foods, but a subtle balance, and making sure that the majority of foods are either beneficial or neutral.
