can overeating cause a lack of absorption of nutrients?? i have always been underweight and have always had gas and bloating from overeating. i thought that overeating would help me put on weight, but it hasnt. would eating less than i normally would actually help me put on weight, even though I am getting less calories?? it sounds like backwards logic, but it is the only thing I have not tried.
