Thanks for explaining Kat, I'm trying to stay off the ciggies though so if sucking's the sticks is going to help with my cravings then they'll be alleviating stress. I'm actually allergic to smoking now and have been buying 1 pack of 10 one a week when I go into town shopping on the bike. They make me feel terrible for a few days; I react really badly to them but have been smoking for 30 yrs so it's tough. I'm sucking a liquorice/licorice (which is it?) stick now and it's not causing stress.
