Hi Uniquity.

Regarding IP6 (not the other stuff) - I stopped taking Iodine the 30 days I did the IP6. I was eating iron rich food at the same time.

Unfortunately, after 2 weeks (at a half dose) I spotted for the first time in 2 years. Instead of being scared, this thrilled me, but I had a lot going on at work and was starting to get prei-menopausal symptoms. I could't business travel the way I was feeling.

I think that the pre-Iodine supplementation of the prior 4 months, and then the 2 weeks of IP6 started to work some magic on my female parts.

I have not taken any Iodine for a number of months now (I'm taking a break) but I've decided to go for the full 30 days of IP6 at the full dose soon.

I think that looking into jointly doing IP6 and Iodine is worth pursuing. I don't want to get into all the other dramatic stuff however.
